He enjoys collaborating with clients and finds deep satisfaction in helping them achieve their life goals.

James and his wife Jennifer live in Taunton, MA with his stepson Tyler, their daughter Hailey, and their two dogs, Bain and Harvey. James enjoys mountain biking and playing softball with his family. James’ other hobbies include golf, weightlifting and cooking.

Director of Operations

Cheri has been a cornerstone of Vision Wealth since 2014, serving as Director of Operations. She oversees the seamless execution of daily operations and collaborates closely with the team to ensure exceptional service for every client. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and personable nature, Cheri plays a vital role in maintaining the firm’s operational excellence.

She holds her Life and Health Insurance license and is a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Cheri earned her bachelor’s degree from Colby-Sawyer College.

Residing in Framingham, Massachusetts, Cheri shares her life with her husband, Mark, their two sons, Zachary and Connor, and their cat, Neko. An active member of her community and local parent-teacher organization, she brings the same dedication to her personal pursuits as she does to her professional life. A lover of the outdoors and fitness, Cheri enjoys running, snowboarding, and adventuring with her family. In 2018, she completed the Newport Marathon.

Family is at the heart of everything Cheri does. Growing up with five older brothers instilled in her the value of strong family bonds and resilience. A passionate traveler, she has lived in Australia and taught second grade in Hong Kong, experiences that deepened her appreciation for global cultures. Cheri looks forward to exploring more of the world in the years to come.

Meaghan E. Fors

Client Experience Associate

Meaghan is a Client Experience Associate at Vision Wealth Strategies. She supports client needs with exceptional communication, organization, and care. Meaghan manages client communication and scheduling, provides business and marketing support, and thrives on supporting the team in any capacity to advance the firm’s collective mission.

Prior to joining Vision Wealth Strategies, she spent nearly a decade in management, where she honed leadership, multitasking, and customer-service skills. Meaghan excels in situations that require strong organizational and interpersonal strengths.

Beyond her professional role, Meaghan is enthusiastic and personable, with a zest for life and a big personality. As one of six siblings, family is at the heart of everything she does. She is committed to giving back to her community, volunteering with multiple local organizations. In her free time, she enjoys concerts, event planning, creative projects, New England sporting events, and adventures with her husband Adam and their rescue pup, Marvin.

John F. Brisebois

John F. Brisebois

Business Consultant

John brings a practical, real-world perspective to Vision Wealth Strategies. As a father of 6, his family lifestyle, business experience, financial and tax knowledge, and broad life experience provide valuable insight.

He served in the military in the 1970’s, attaining the rank of captain. He graduated from WPI in 1971 with a mechanical engineering degree and went on to lead multiple departments and special projects for UPS. He was with the company for over 25 years, helping them grow from a 6-state startup to an international operation.

John has owned and operated two country inns with restaurants, providing firsthand experience in staffing, operations, and regulatory management for small businesses. He is also an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

Ashley E. Brisebois

Ashley E. Brisebois

Project Manager

Ashley is the Project Manager at Vision Wealth Strategies, applying her expertise, energy, and problem-solving skills to advance company initiatives. She helps manage workflow, implements process improvements, and collaborates closely with staff to incorporate their ideas. Ashley works part-time at the firm while maintaining a clinical career as a nurse practitioner in cardiac electrophysiology at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington.

Raised working in her family’s business from age 10, Ashley naturally adds value to the Vision Wealth Experience. Her favorite role is being a mom to her and Eric’s children, Grace and Max, and she values quality family time, running, hiking, and living a healthy, balanced life.
